The 2025 Aboriginal Affairs NSW Aboriginal Rugby League Knockout in Tamworth is shaping to be a memorable event thanks to the continued support of our naming rights partner.
Thank you Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) for once again being the naming rights partner of the Womens Competition.
DCJ aims to create a safe, just, resilient and inclusive NSW in which everyone has the opportunity to realise their potential.
DCJ are also seeking Aboriginal people who “Want a career working with our mob, for our mob” to come and see what career pathways are available at the DCJ marquee.
DCJ enables services to work together to support everyone’s right to access justice, help for families, early intervention and inclusion, and services that benefit the whole community
The Office of Sport is proud to support the 2025 NSW Aboriginal Rugby League Knockout in Tamworth. Supporting this event is key to the work we are doing as part of our Reconciliation Action Plan, which is guided by our vision for First Nations peoples and the wider community to be engaged through sport and active recreation to break down barriers and create safe, supportive and equal access to sport. Through supporting events such as the NSW Aboriginal Rugby League Knockout, we are committed to working closely with First Nations communities to harness the power of sport and active recreation as a vehicle for change.

We’re incredibly proud to be sponsoring the Koori Knockout for the third year running. This isn’t just a sporting event, it’s a powerful gathering of mob, culture and connection. Being part of the Knockout means walking alongside community, showing up and backing the strength and talent that shines on and off the field. We’re deeply grateful to be welcomed into this space year after year. It’s a privilege to support something that brings so many people together with pride, purpose and heart.
